Admission Terms
• Access to Milipol Qatar is free, reserved for security industry professionals and prohibited to any person under the age of 16 years. The organiser reserves the right to invalidate or refuse a request.
• A pass and a proof of identity are required to access the event. Person and baggage inspections will be conducted at the entrance.
• Your pass will be valid for the 3 days of the event.
• A visa request letter is available in your personal area after validation of your pass request by the organiser.
Visa request
Participants from countries requiring a visa for Qatar must complete all necessary formalities regarding their stay in Qatar before the event. Please refers to
this page regarding visa regulations in Qatar.
To help you obtain your visa, Milipol Qatar can give you an invitation letter to take with you to the Consulate or Embassy in your country. The visa invitation letter will be available in your
personal area after validation of your registration request by the organizer.
Due to visa processing times, we strongly recommend you to apply as early as possible.
Please note that Milipol Qatar cannot be held liable if your visa application is denied, your visa is received too late, or you cannot travel to the event for any other reason. The Consulate or Embassy has the final say in delivering your visa and should be contacted for any additional questions.
